Trip Statement Enhancements:
- Reservations and Sub Reservations now have a new dropdown field called Trip Statement Options with the following selections:
- Show on Trip Statement – This is selected by default, and displays all client facing data on the trip statement.
- Show on Trip Statement Without Fare – The Reservation or Sub Reservation details will display on the Trip Statement with no amount in the Fare column.
- Hide from Trip Statement – The Reservation or Sub Reservation will be hidden on the Trip Statement. If “Hide from Trip Statement” is selected at the reservation level, then the corresponding Sub-Reservations will also be hidden from the Trip Statement.
- Logos are available at the Advisor level, and will display on Trip Statements. The logo is loaded into the Advisor profile at the bottom of the screen. Logos are now displayed according to the following criteria:

- If a logo is loaded at the Advisor level, it is used for Trip Statement.
- If a logo is not loaded at the Advisor level, but there is a Branch logo then the Branch logo is used for the Trip Statement.
- If there's not an Advisor logo or a Branch logo, the Agency logo is used for the Trip Statement.

- On the Advisor Profile, a new field "Address" shows below the new Advisor logo field. This is also used for Trip Statements and is displayed according to the following criteria:
- No Address - no address will be shown on the Trip Statement.
- Advisor Address - the Mailing Address of the Advisor profile will be displayed. If there's no Mailing Address in the Advisor profile, the Physical Address will be displayed, and if there are no addresses in the Advisor profile, an address will not be shown on the Trip Statement. This is the default selection.
- Branch Address - the Branch address will be shown on the Trip Statement.
- Agency Address - the Agency address will be shown on the Trip Statement.
Client Enhancements:
- Added a new section called “History” at the bottom of the General tab which shows all the changes made to the client’s detail.
- New filters have been added to the Client Search screen to filter by “Created Date Range” and "Modified Date Range".
- “Date Created” and “Date Modified” columns have added to the customize columns section in Manage Views.
Traveler Enhancements:
- Travelers – Profile Association sub folder - An “Add New Client” button has been added to allow users to create a client from the Traveler screen. This will open a new tab.
- The Traveler’s name will be pre-populated in the Client Name field.
- The Traveler will be auto-associated with the Client in the Travelers tab.
Advisor Pay Reconciliation Enhancements:
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation has been reconfigured to be more consistent with the rest of the Tres program. When you select the Reconciliations folder, users now only see one option for Advisor Pay Reconciliation. Once selected this brings you to the Search screen.
- Search for completed Pay Reconciliations by create date. Clicking any of the lines in the results area displays the detail of that Reconciliation.
- To add a new reconciliation, click + Add Reconciliation.
Enhancements in Other Areas:
- Reservation Statement Enhancements:
- The name of the Agency now shows below the logo
- Supplier Statement Remarks now show at the bottom
- Activity Enhancements:
- A dropdown is added called “Assigned To” for all types of activities i.e. Tasks, Appointments, Note, and Promo. Selecting a User from the dropdown will assign the activity to the user selected and display on that user's Activities search screen and dashboard.
- The ability to assign activities to other users is available in all cross areas of Tres, such as adding activities from Clients, Trips, Travelers, etc.
- Supplier Enhancements:
- The following changes have been implemented when the type is “Service Provider”:
- Removed the "Preferred" checkbox.
- Removed "Supplier Payment Rules".
- Clicking the Email address in the header of a Supplier profile now generates the email popup window to send the email through Tres. This is consistent with how email works on Trip Statement, Traveler and Client screens.
- The following changes have been implemented when the type is “Service Provider”:
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue in Supplier detail - Attachments/Links - An error occurred when trying to open attached PDFs.
- Resolved an issue in Supplier detail - Attachments/Links - Showing empty file when trying to open a CSV file.
- Payments - Void payment functionality is now working.
- Trip Statement - The line break formatting of Agency Remarks now remains as entered.
- Reservation - Import Reservation - The imported reservation appears in the list without having to refresh the page.
- Settings - Document Templates - Add New Template - The added Attachments/links are now appearing in the list.
- Settings - Tags - Searching through the Tag name filter now works.
- Settings - Tags - Status filter is now working.
- Resolved an issue in Reservation - Delete reservation - Resets the count on button.
- Dashboard - Action Item Section – Resolved only displaying action items with "End Date".
Known Issues:
- The Reservations screen needs to be refreshed when importing a reservation.
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation is not yet fully functional.
- Document Templates - Attachments & Links - An error occurs when trying to open attached documents.
