Set up and organize your business structure and rules inside Agency Settings. Enter your agency's contact information, logo, and statement remarks. Connect to consortia marketing programs by entering affiliations, and customize how your agency pays their advisors with reconciliation rules by travel category. Enable powerful features such as bank management, credit card merchant processing, GDS interface, general ledger, and client/traveler forms.
Information:
Enter your agency's contact information to be displayed on all trip statements with agency branding. In the Information section, enter your agency's contact information such as address, phone number, and email. Add any additional information you would like as well.
App Settings:
- Reservation Provider - Allow Freeflow Text
- Checking the box allows fields in Imported and Freeflow Provider Data to be editable in Reservations and Sub Reservations. Unchecking the box keeps the Imported Provider Data as read only.
- The following options are available under Trip Import:
- Prevent Duplicate Ticket Numbers - Checking the box will cause Reservations with duplicate ticket numbers to be skipped during interface and display relevant warning messages in the Trip or Reservation Import screens.
- Prevent Duplicate Confirmation Numbers - Checking the box will cause Reservations with duplicate confirmation numbers to be skipped during interface and display relevant warning messages in the Trip or Reservation Import screens.
- Read Ticketing Advisor - Checking the box will bring in the Ticketing Advisor and their commission are as an Advisor on all GDS imported Reservations.
- Auto Create Client Interface IDs - Checking the box will create an Interface ID from the primary Client phone number on all new Client profiles entered into the system that do not already have an Interface ID assigned.
- Non numeric characters will be excluded from the Interface ID.
- When no phone number is available, an Interface ID will not be created.
- For Canadian databases, enter the GST/HST Codes.
Statements:
- Check or uncheck the box for Include Traveler Category Icons on Trip Statement as needed.
- Enter data you would like included on all your trip statements in the Trip Statement Remarks field. Learn more about trip statements.
- Enter data you would like included on all your supplier statements in the Supplier Statement Remarks. Learn more about supplier statements.
Branding:
- Set up your branding by uploading your logo and choosing a primary color. Upload your logo by dragging and dropping it or clicking the Browse button to search for it on your computer. Supported file formats are .jpg and .png, and there is a maximum file size limit of 2MB. We recommend using logos no larger than 500 pixels.
- Once you have uploaded your logo, you can preview it before saving.
- Select your primary color by using the color selector, entering a HEX value, or inputting the RGB values. This color is displayed in various areas of the program, including on the trip statement, new client/traveler form, client itinerary, and trip payment authorization form.
Note about branding:
- Tres has three levels of branding. Branding is at the Agency level, the Branch level and the Advisor level.
- If branding is added at the Branch level, it will override the branding at the Agency level. Learn more about Branches

Affiliations:
If your Consortia offers marketing through Tres, you will see your affiliation listed here. If you are affiliated with multiple consortia, reorder your list by dragging and dropping the rows to your desired order.
Advisor Pay Reconciliation Rules by Travel Category:
Use the advisor pay reconciliation rules to decide when your agency pays it's advisors. We have broken it down by each travel category.
- Select the Paid option if you pay your advisors when the commission has been received and applied to the reservation.
- Select the Paid and departed option if you pay your advisors when the commission has been received and applied to the reservation AND the client has departed.
- NOTE: In both options above, the reservation must be paid in full.
Tres Team Access:
Help resolve support issues quickly with Tres Team Access. Checking the box displays a date and time field, allowing users to control how long to grant access to their program to Tres employees. Unchecking the box removes access for Tres employees immediately. Any changes made in your program by Tres employees will display in the History section as TRES/<username>.
