Enhancements to Dashboard
- Added a checkbox for Show Prior Not Completed to the My Workflow and Agency Workflow Dashboards. When checked, the following areas will be affected:
- Actions section will display all uncompleted action items prior to the period entered.
- Deposit & Final Payment Due section will display all uncompleted deposits and final payments prior to the period entered.
- Events section will display all uncompleted tasks prior to the period entered.
Click here to be shown Show Prior Not Completed inside of Tres. (You must be logged in to Tres use this feature.)
Enhancements to General Ledger > GL Accounts
- Added the ability to resize, reorder, and sort by columns.
- Added a checkbox for Modify GL Account Order, allowing users to reorder their accounts within the same category.
Enhancements to Bank Management > Bank Register
- Added the ability to resize, reorder columns.
- Totals have been moved to the bottom right.
- The PDF version has been updated with the following changes:
- Title changed from "Bank Registers List" to "Bank Register".
- Removed the "Printed Date" from the top right.
- Date/Time and page numbers added to the footer.
- Totals are displayed on the last page.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- In Reports > GL Accounts > Account History, changed the GL Account filter from dropdown to a look-up field.
- The PDF version of Income Statement now includes a header with the title of "Income Statement for {Agency Name}" and a Date Range filter. A footer is also displayed with the date and time of the report and page numbers.
- The PDF version of Balance Sheet now includes a header with the title of "Balance Sheet for {Agency Name}" and an As of Date filter. A footer is also displayed with the date and time of the report and page numbers.
- The PDF version of Trial Balance now includes a header with the title of "Trial Balance for {Agency Name}" and an As of Date filter. A footer is also displayed with the date and time of the report and page numbers.
- The PDF version of Account History now includes a header with the title of "Account History for {Agency Name}" and filters for Date Range and GL Account. A footer is also displayed with the date and time of the report and page numbers.
- When editing an existing payment with a journal entry, the journal entry popup will not display when saving.
- Check Number field is now editable in a payment.
