New Feature - Advisor Level New Client/Traveler Form
- Added a new field on Advisor profiles for New Client/Traveler Form. This is an auto created url unique to each advisor, allowing them to send new client/traveler forms with their logo, primary color, and contact information to their clients. Clients and Travelers created via this form will automatically be associated to the advisor. This is only available for agencies that have the New Client/Traveler Form enabled in their agency settings.
- If an advisor logo is not uploaded, the form will display the agency level logo. The primary color and branding name of the advisor will still be displayed.

Enhancements to Reservations
- Added Start Time and End Time fields to Tour reservations and sub reservations. Future releases will display this data on the trip statement.
- Added Start Time and End Time fields to Miscellaneous reservations and sub reservations. Future releases will display this data on the trip statement.
- Added Pickup Location, Address, Phone Number and Dropoff Location, Address, Phone Number fields to Transfer reservations and sub reservations. Future releases will display this data on the trip statement.
- Moved Rate Code field to the right of the Number of Travelers field in Transfer reservations.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- The Date Reconciled now displays the date of a reservations reconciliation in Reservations > Advisors. The field will display "Not Reconciled" if the reservation has not ben reconciled. Once reconciled, this data cannot be edited.
- Changed the delete icon to a trash can icon in Reservations > Advisors.
- Negative amounts can now be entered with the negative sign (-) first rather than after the amount in the following areas and field:
- reservations - total fare and commission amount fields
- advisor adjustments - amount field
- payments - amount and applied fields
- trip payments - amount and applied fields
- The Name field is now a mandatory field for Action Plan Templates.
- The Name field is now a mandatory field for Email Templates.
- Added a copy button to error messages, capturing data and making it easier for users to report issues in the program.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed and issue where Activities were not clearing out past field data when saving or editing new activities.
- Fixed an issue where birthdays were not displaying on the dashboard.
- Fixed an issue in Payments were voided payments were not marked void.
- Fixed an issue with emailing trip statements when using Office 365.
- Fixed an issue in Activities, Travelers, Payments, Trips, Suppliers, and Advisors where search filters would reappear when navigating back to the search area after clicking Reset Filters.
- Fixed an issue where "Identity Token Not Found" error appears after returning to the login screen.
