Tres Known Issues - Updated 8/6/26

• Advisor Remarks are not appearing in the following areas: Advisor Remarks column in the My Workflow and Agency Workflow Dashboards, Remarks column in the Trips tab of Client and Traveler profiles.
• The form of payment column data may not be displayed on the ARC Reconciliation report when the report includes a larger number of tickets in the search results.
• Reports with multiple tag columns will only display the value from the first tag in all subsequent tag columns. 
• TravelTek CruiseConnect url is broken.
• Saved Advisor Reconciliation files are not attaching when emailing them out of Tres.
• Canadian Version - Receiving and error message while copying a trip related to GST Amount and Rate.  These fields can be cleared and the copied trip can be saved, then manually add the tax.
