New Feature - CVV code for Traveler debit/credit cards
- Added a new field to securely store debit/credit card CVV. This field will be masked once the card details are saved. All card data is stored by TokenEx, a fully PCI compliant system.
Enhancements to New Client/Traveler Form
- First Name and Last Name fields must have data to successfully submit a form.
- Credit Card (if entered) must have a valid credit card number and the expiration date cannot be left blank to successfully submit a form.
- If a loyalty card number is entered, the card code or description field must have data to successfully submit a form.
Enhancements to Login Screen, Session Expired, and Re-Authentication Popups
- Changed the field order to Domain, Login Name, and Password on the login screen, session expired, and re-authentication popups.
- Domain and Login Name fields will store as a cookie on the login screen.
- Cross icon added to the top right corner of the re-authentication popup.
Enhancement to Other Areas
- Rearranged the top navigation icons to Quick Search, Direct Connect, Help, Notifications, Profile, and Logout.
- Changed the Quick Search icon to a search field in the top navigation.
- The Type dropdown menu in the Debit/Credit & Loyalty Cards section of Travelers now defaults to Debit/Credit.
- Disabled the Delete button on advisor adjustments that have already been reconciled.
- When attempting to delete an advisor adjustment that has already been reconciled from the advisor adjustments search screen, an error message will appear that "One or more records have been reconciled and can not be deleted." Reconciled adjustment will not be deleted, but will still be selected.
- GL Accounts are now sorted by category across the program.
- Moved the Date column in Bank Register to after Type.
- Bank Register defaults to sort by Type.
- New filters added for GL Account Name and Remarks to General Ledger - Journal Entries.
- New columns added for Source and Profile Name to General Ledger - Journal Entries.
- Columns reordered to Date, Source, Profile Name, and Remarks in General Ledger - Journal Entries. Results will default to sort by Date.
- Added an option of Other in the Paid To and Paid By filters in the Payments search screen. This option will only be available if Bank Management has been enabled in the Features section of Agency Settings.
- Made the following edits to Journal Entry popup:
- Changed the header from "Add Journal Entry" to "View Journal Entry".
- Removed the "Action" column and icons.
- All fields are disabled except Journal Entry Remarks (not Debit and Credit Remarks) and Save.
- Updated Email settings so there is no longer a default for Style.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the dashboard wasn't loading after a session expiration.
- Fixed an issue where subtotals and totals were not calculating correctly on the advisor statement.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to delete a General Ledger account.
- Fixed an issue where an error message would appear if a user tried to save an action without a description in Trips, Clients, and Travelers.
- Fixed an issue in the payments search screen where Paid By and Paid To filters were not fetching correct data.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit a payment.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit a GL Account Reference.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to save a reservation with a commission amount with an amount that included two decimal places.
- Fixed an issue where the system was throwing an error when saving a new action to a Client, Trip, or Traveler.
- Fixed an issue where new features in agency settings were not able to be implemented correctly.
