New Feature in Progress- Client Itinerary

- Client Itinerary is a feature in-progress. You will notice elements of this feature in your Tres program and will soon be able to share itineraries with your clients. While you wait we will share some notes so you understand what you are seeing in the program.
- Client Itinerary is available at the Trip and Client level in Tres. Enable this feature in Agency Settings > Features to generate a unique hyperlink that can be sent to clients with a detailed itinerary of their trips. The itinerary is optimized for mobile view, and functions as a progressive web app. Setting the url as a bookmark on a phone functions similarly to an app.
- Client Itinerary features in Trips and Reservations - available when Client Itinerary feature is enabled.
- Added a new tab for Client Itinerary.
- Client Itinerary tab will display a dot if the Viewable by Client option has been checked off.
- Added a View as toggle button allowing users to view a preview of the itinerary on mobile or desktop.
- Added a Viewable by Client checkbox that allows users to decide which trips are viewable to a client and when. This is unchecked by default.
- Added a url field that will populate the client itinerary url when the Viewable by Client checkbox is checked.
- Added a Print button to print a pdf of the client itinerary.
- Added a checkbox called "Viewable by Client" in the Attachments/Links popup at the trip and reservation level. This is unchecked by default.
- Added a column to the Attachments/Links tab at the trip and reservation level called "Viewable by Client".
- Client Itinerary features in Clients - available when Client Itinerary feature is enabled.
- Added a new tab for Client Itinerary.
- Added a url field for Client Itinerary to the General tab. This will default to empty.
- Added a copy button to copy the client itinerary url.
- Added a Generate New Link button to generate a new link for the client itinerary. This will also update the trip level urls for the client.
Enhancements to Advisors
- Added an area for Advisor Headshot to the branding section, This photo will appear in the header of the client itinerary in a future release. Currently an uploaded headshot cannot be deleted.
Enhancements to New Client/Traveler Form
- Added a new field for CVV. All card data is stored by TokenEx, a fully PCI compliant system. This field is available on the agency and advisor level forms.
- Reordered the fields in the Credit/Debit Card section to Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, and Name on Card. These are reordered on the agency and advisor level forms.
- Added a new field for uploading passport image with drag and drop functionality. Uploaded passports will be saved in the Attachments/Links tab in the Traveler profiles.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- Changed the dropdown name from "Trip Statement Options" to "View Options" in Reservations > General.
- Changed the dropdown name from "Trip Statement Options" to "View Options" in Sub Reservations.
- The View Options dropdown menu now has the following options that are checked by default:
- Viewable on Trip Statement
- Includes Fares
- Viewable on Client Itinerary
- Viewable on Trip Statement
- Moved the Body and the Subject fields higher on the page in Email Templates.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the Trips search screen where the Reservation Booking Date Range filter was not fetching correct data if only one day was selected. (Example: 2/22/2023 - 2/22/2023)
- Fixed an issue where column sorting was not saving as part of a view in Travelers, Clients, Trips, Activities, Suppliers, and Advisors.
- Fixed an issue where the subtotal and total was not calculating correctly on Advisor Statements.
- Fixed an issue where new features to agency settings were not enabled correctly in existing users.
- Fixed an issue where Advisor tags were not displaying as options in the Advisor Tag filter of the search screen.
- Fixed an issue where adding and editing an action item resulted in duplicate entries in Travelers, Clients, Trips, and Settings > Action Templates.
- Fixed an issue where the Reservation Confirmation Number filter was not fetching correct results when the Not Blank operator was used in the Trips search screen.
- Fixed an issue where the Remarks filter was not fetching correct results when the Not Blank operator was used in General Ledger > Journal Entries.
