- Departures & Returns – do a final check of details for clients departing soon, and touch base with clients returning soon to get feedback on their experience.
- Events – send birthday and anniversary messages and review upcoming appointments and tasks.
- Actions – review your to-do's for trips, clients, and travelers such as collecting passport information or reserving dining for a cruise.
- Deposit & Final Payment Due – make payments with suppliers and record the payments in Tres.
Check new leads
- *Must have new client/traveler form enabled in agency settings.*
- Run your view of pending clients.
- Check for duplicate profile
- Add Action Plan for new leads and update status of client from pending to active.
- Tag as Lead.
- Review traveler associations profiles and update status of travelers from pending to active.
Manually enter new leads
- Create traveler(s).
- Create a client and link travelers.
- Tag as Lead.
- Add Action Plan for new leads.
Follow up on existing trips
- Book reservations and import details using direct connect or enter into Tres.
- Update existing reservations with details and supplier-related booking attachments.
- Add actions and action plans.
- Activate and send links for client itineraries.
- Make payments.
- Send updated trip statements.
Book and enter new trips
- Book reservations and import details using direct connect or enter into Tres.
- Activate and send links for client itineraries.

Trip Payment Authorizations
- *Must have feature enabled in agency settings.*
- Email Trip Authorizations to clients, using email template with merge field.
- Run your view of authorized payments; make payments.
- Run your view of pending payment authorizations.
- Run your view of expired payment authorizations; follow up with clients and send new link.
Enter new proposals
- Add a new trip.
- Add a tag for proposal.
- Enter reservations into Tres with customized view options to include or hide fares.
- Add actions and action plans.
- Send proposal via a trip statement or client itinerary.
Follow up on pending commissions
- Use a view in trips search with reservation supplier balance not equal to $0 filter and reservation supplier balance column.
- Open reservation and send reservation invoice for commission statement to supplier.
