Travelport+ must be set up to interface to Tres. Agencies that are already interfacing with Trams Back Office (TBO) have the settings in place.
If your agency isn’t currently interfacing with TBO, contact the Travelport support desk to ensure the following steps have been completed. Tres Technologies does not configure the Galileo Print Manager for interface.
- Install and configure Travelport Print Manager (GPM)
- Travelport has updated your agency’s AAT Table to include NSET = Y.
- Review each CRT linkage to the proper itinerary/invoice and MIR devices.
- Review your Travelport MIR Types (MMTD) and MIR Options (MMOD) tables.
Travelport Print Manager (GPM) Installation
Travelport support will provide instructions for setting up your agency’s Travelport Print Manager (GPM). During installation, make a note of the interface file path. The default path is C:\MIR.
AAT Table Settings
Confirm that Travelport has updated your agency’s AAT Table to include NSET = Y. This option must be enabled to interface itinerary updates to Tres.
Link CRTs to Itinerary/Invoice and MIR Devices
A device address is assigned to your agency’s invoice/itinerary printer and MIR (interface) devices. Each Travelport+ CRT must be linked to these devices to allow invoice generation and interface.
Enter the command HMLD to review the CRT device settings. The response will show the status of all devices assigned to the CRT.
| Display without device assignment | Display with device assignment |

- ITN DEV displays the Invoice/Itinerary printer address.
- MIR DEV displays the accounting device address.
- The ST status indicator to right of address shows whether the device is up (“U”) or down (“D”)
If your invoice/itinerary or MIR devices are not linked:
- Assign invoice/itinerary device: HMLM{address}DI
Example: HMLMB9999EDI - Assign MIR device: HMLM{address}DA
Example: HMLMB8888FDA
If either device is down, use the following format to bring them up:
- HMOM{address}-U
Example: HMOMB9999E-U
Review MIR Types (MMTD) and MIR Options (MMOD) tables
Several options in your agency’s MIR Types (MMTD) and MIR Options (MMOD) tables need to be set for information to interface to Tres. You can review and update these options by entering MMTD and MMOD. The agent who does this must have secondary authorization permission.

- Ensure options match the illustration below.
After updating your settings, the MMTD table should look as follows:
