My Workflow allows you to view upcoming departures & returns, events, deposit & final payments and actions at a glance. Clicking on any of the items will take you directly to the trip, client, or traveler page.
Use the User dropdown menu to display data for a single active user. This is only available for Admins and Managers.
Use the Select Period dropdown menu to display information for the next 7 days, next 30 days, or a custom date range.
Note: When selecting a custom date range, the Actions and Deposit & Final Payment Due sections will still display incomplete and unpaid items within 7 days prior to the earliest date entered. This is to help users avoid missing actions or payment dates in the event they are out of the program for an extended period of time.
Checking the Prior Not Completed box will display uncompleted items prior to the period selected in the Actions, Deposit & Final Payment Due, and Events sections.
Departure & Return
See all trips that departure or return within the selected period. Trips that are cancelled will not be displayed. Clicking on a line item will take you to the full trip details.
Note: It's important to note that if the Reservation status has not been changed to cancelled, the reservation will still show on the Dashboard even if the Trip has been cancelled.
Events
See a list of tasks, appointments, birthdays, and anniversaries.
Tasks will be displayed if they are due on the present day or do not have a due date. Past tasks will be displayed if they have not been marked as completed. Upcoming tasks are displayed within the selected period. Tasks are sorted by priority (high to low) and then date (oldest to newest).
Appointments will be displayed within the selected period.
Birthdays and Anniversaries will be displayed within the selected period. The section is limited to displaying 25 birthday/anniversaries at a time. Adjust your search dates or use the client/traveler search screen to ensure you are seeing all birthdays/anniversaries.
Actions
See all actions within a selected period.
Deposit & Final Payment Due
See reservations with upcoming and past due deposit and final payment dates. Note: The advisor must be listed as the Reservation Advisor.
Reservations with deposits due will be displayed if the deposit due date is within the selected period. The reservation must have a status of confirmed. Reservations will not be displayed if they are cancelled or the completed checkbox has been checked off.
Reservations with final payments due will be displayed within the selected period. The reservation must have a status of confirmed. Reservations will not be displayed if they are cancelled or the client balance is $0.
Reservations with Track Client Payment set to No will not appear on this list.
