Bank Management: Bank management allows owners to track cash, check and EFT information that is associated with their business. Credit Card Merchant Processing: You will be able to connect with your merchant account service. Enter your Merchant ID and API Key. If you would like to learn more about credit card merchant processing, please contact our sales team at sales@trestechnologies.com.
GDS Interface: Checking off the box for GDS Interface will display options for Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo. Learn more about GDS Interface. **Note: This is a billable feature.
- Checking the box for Auto Create Client Profiles will create a new client profile if the Interface ID is not found in Tres. Note: This feature only checks for Interface IDs and does not check for duplicate client names in Tres. If you enter clients manually in Tres without Interface IDs, you run the risk of duplicate client profiles if you check this box.
- Checking the box for Auto Create Hotel Profiles will create a new supplier profile if the Interface ID is not found in Tres. The supplier created will be Billing and Service Provider. This functionality will only work for hotel suppliers. Note: This feature only creates profiles for imported hotels that include a 2 digit chain code and property code.
- The API Key under GDS Interface will enable the GDS Uploader to connect to your database using an API Key eliminating the need for an individual login. To generate a new API key, click Generate API Key.
New Client/Traveler Form: Enabling this feature generates a unique URL to be sent directly to clients where they enter information such as contact numbers, credit and loyalty card data, passport information, addresses, and more. Learn more about New Client/Traveler Form.
Traveler Portal: Enabling the Traveler Portal generates a unique url in the Client profile screen. Send this URL to clients to give them access to their Client Itinerary (if enabled). Note: This feature is in progress and will include additional features in future releases.
Client Itinerary: Enabling the Client Itinerary enables this feature in Trips. Learn more about the Client Itinerary.
Quick Add: Enabling Quick Add will allow users to quickly add basic Trip and Reservation or Client and Traveler data into Tres by adding a new icon to the main navigation header of the program. Learn more about Quick Add Trip and Reservation and Quick Add Client and Traveler.
Trip Payment Authorization: Trip Payment Authorizations verify that using a client's credit card is authorized by the client, reducing the risk of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks. Learning more about Trip Payment Authorization.
Once all your agency information has been entered, click the Save Agency Settings button at the top right of your screen.
AI Reservation Import: This feature is still under development.
