If you would like to send e-mails directly from Tres to your clients, your mail server and E-mail settings must be configured for SMTP, Gmail or Office365. Email configuration is unique to each user, and has to be set up on an individual basis.
Office365:
- Mail Server: Select Office365
- SMTP Server Name: smtp.Office365.com
- Mailbox User Name and Mailbox Password: Enter your user name and password to your email account.
- Make sure your browser has the popups enabled as you will be prompted to select an email account when sending your first email from Tres.
Gmail:
- Mail Server: Select SMTP.
- SMTP Server Name: smtp.gmail.com
- Mailbox User Name: Enter your user name to your Gmail account.
- Mailbox Password: Gmail requires an App Password. You cannot use your normal password that you use to log into your Gmail account. Click here for directions on obtaining an App Password. Once you obtain the App Password, enter it in the Mailbox Password field.

Note: Signatures will not display when creating Email Templates, but will display when selecting an Email Template from an email popup.
If you are having issues with too much space between lines in your signature, hit Shift + Enter when moving to a new line.
