New Feature - Trip Payment Authorizations
- The Payments tab in a Trip now has a new section for Payment Authorizations.
- This feature is activated in Agency Settings > Features.
- Added a button for Add Payment Authorization. Clicking the button opens a popup where users enter an amount and description. Saving the authorization creates a pending authorization that can then be emailed to a client. The authorization follows all branding rules.
- Authorizations completed will display a status of Authorized.
- Payment authorizations must be completed by the client within 10 days, otherwise the link must be emailed again.
- The credit card number and cvv code will expire within 7 days of the payment authorization being submitted.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- Added a new option for Create New View in the Manage Views dropdown of Trips search. Selecting this will clear all filters and open blank Customize Columns.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Reservations with open balances were not appearing on the link reservations popup in Payments.
- Fixed an issue with exporting results in the Payments search screen.
- Fixed an issue where "null" displayed in the first name field of linked Travelers associated with a Client.
