New Feature - Quick Add Client and Traveler
- The Quick Add button in the program header now displays an additional option for Client and Traveler. Selecting this option generates a popup, allowing users to quickly add basic Client and Traveler profiles into Tres. Full details can be found HERE including pros and cons for agencies interested in using this feature.
- Renamed the checkbox "Quick Add Trip and Reservation" to "Quick Add" in Agency Settings > Features. Checking the box enables Quick Add for Clients, Travelers, Trips, and Reservations. This box will be unchecked by default in new databases.
New Feature - Trip and Reservation Warning Messages
- Warning messages generated through the import of a Trip or Reservation can now be viewed in the Trip or Reservation by clicking the new Warning Messages icon in the header.
- The icon will not appear if there were no warnings generated during the import.
- Warnings cannot be deleted yet from Trips and Reservations. This must be done from the Import Trips screen.
Feature in Progress - AI Reservation Import
- Added a new checkbox for "AI Reservation Import" in Agency Settings > Features. More coming on this Feature soon.
Enhancement Other Areas
- The program now includes required fields for certain Direct Connect providers.
- Added a new section for History to Activities. This section is available everywhere Activities are present in the program (Travelers, Clients, Trips, Suppliers).
- This feature allows users to track customer engagement and data on Promos through marketing services.
- Added a new field for CVV for Client Payments with a method of Credit Card.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Report Builder where manually entered hyperlinks invalidated all hyperlinks in the report.
- Fixed an issue where Advisor Statements were not appearing in the search results if only adjustments were fetched.
- Fixed an issue in Advisor Statement where the system was fetching Adjustments based on the Adjustment Date rather than the Reconciliation Date.
- Fixed an issue where the Advisor Summary was fetching data from the Advisor on the Trip level rather than the Reservation level.
- Fixed an issue where users were not able to be updated successfully.
- Fixed an issue where Users with a type of User and a role of Advisor were able to see Bank Management and General Ledger on the main menu.
- Fixed an issue on the Trip Statement where segment information was displaying when the View Options were set to hide.
- Fixed formatting issues on the pdf file of Branches.
