Simplify and streamline the permissions setup process by automatically assigning a predefined set of permissions to new users. This ensures that new users are have appropriate access levels without requiring manual selection for each user profile. Below we have outlined the default permissions set for each user type and role.
Important: Users require basic permissions to perform essential tasks such as selecting items from drop-down menus, viewing statement data, accessing payment information, and reviewing profile and trip details.
Changing default permissions may impact a user's standard workflow in Tres. Before making any adjustments to default permissions, please consult with your Implementation Specialist or a Support representative.

User Type: Admin
Admins have all permissions. Permissions cannot be edited. Admins can edit Agency Settings and create new users of all types.
User Type: Manager
Mangers have all permissions. Permissions can be edited as needed. Managers can create new users of Manager and User Types, but cannot change their own user type to Admin. They cannot edit Agency Settings.
User Type: User
Users cannot edit Agency Settings or create new users.
The following areas in the program are hidden: Accounting Lock Date, Advisor Pay Reconciliation, Agency Credit Cards, Agency Settings, ARC Numbers, Bank Accounts, Branches, GL Account Reference, Profile Import, Recommended Fields, Reports > General Ledger, Travel Sub-Categories, User Profiles.
