Version 1.2.3
This update includes the following enhancements and changes:
New Tres PNR Integrations settings
The following new settings are available in the #TRES¥$SETTINGS window:
- Copy Interface ID as
- Add Load Profile option
Select preferred format for client interface ID
Users can specify which format to use for merging client interface IDs. Tres allows Client Interface IDs to be entered using either the Sabre DK number field or as a coded remark (5.S*AN). Previously, the app merged both formats. This enhancement allows users to select which format they want to use:
- DK number
- 5.S*AN remark
- Both of the Above (current functionality)
Load Sabre profile with Tres profile information
Users can select a Sabre profile to merge along with Tres profile information. It can be used to merge the agency’s profile or any other Sabre profile. To enable this feature, enter the desired profile name in the Add Load Profile option field.
NOTE: To merge the agency’s default profile, enter the profile using the format AGCY(pseudo city code), for example, AGCYDX7K.
The option to move the Sabre profile is displayed at the top of the Profile Entries section when selecting fields to add to the PNR:
Other enhancements
Preview Sabre entries
Users can now preview the information that will be transmitted to the PNR. If the agent notices information that they do not wish to merge, they can return to the selection window to change selected options by clicking “No”.
Use MasterCard code “CA” instead of “MC”
In previous versions, MasterCard account numbers merged with the card type “MC”. The app now uses the correct code, “CA”.
Improved performance
The app uses fewer calls to the Sabre API. This resolves the message “SABRE Web Services threshold has been reached” and improves overall performance. Profile information now moves more quickly.
Known Issues
The following issue has been identified and will be fixed in a future update:
Passenger associations are incorrect after ignoring PNR
When the user ignores a PNR and attempts to move profile information from an existing App window, the PNR name associations are incorrect.
Workaround
After ignoring the PNR, close the Tres PNR Integrations App and search for the profile again.
