Enhancements to Quick Add
- Popup message now appears when user tries to leave a Quick Add screen with unsaved data.
- Quick Add Trip and Reservation updates:
- The system will now open the quick add client screen in the same popup rather than opening a new browser tab.
- Changed the functionality of the Travelers field:
- When the selected Client has active associated Travelers, the Traveler names will appear in the field with checkboxes next to them for selection.
- When the selected Client has no active associated Travelers, the field will remain as a freeflow field.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- Added agency branding and header information to the top of pdf views in the Trips search screen.
- Includes agency logo, phone number, email, agency name, view name, and selected filters.
- Updated the branding in the New Client/Traveler Form to be consistent with the rest of the program.
- Importing a view in Trips will now exclude fields specific to other countries.
- Implemented the new grid in Client > Trips and increased the search results to 10,000.
- Inactive profiles are now hidden in Quick Search.
- Added a new label for Total Commission to the Trip header.
- Added a new option in the Help Menu for "Help/Onboarding Guide" that will open the Walkme Help Menu and New User Checklist. This replaces the ? icon used previously.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Payments where exporting search results generated an error.
- Addressed a problem in General Ledger - GL Accounts where the export functionality was not working.
- Fixed the Clients and Advisors Modify functionality, which was not working correctly for newly created tags.
- Fixed a bug in Payments where changing values reset them to default.
- Restored the missing calendar control icon in Payment Authorization.
- Restored the print functionality in General Ledger Accounts.
- Fixed an issue in Payments - Link Reservations where Traveler names were not showing in the Travelers column.
- Addressed a problem in Email Templates, where templates from older databases threw errors when imported into newer databases.
- Fixed an error in Reports - Supplier Statement, which failed when run for a single supplier.
- Resolved an issue in Other Payment, where created payments could not be duplicated.
- Fixed a problem in Advisor Statement, where the Advisor Commission % column displayed the agency commission % instead.
- Addressed an issue in Sub-Reservations, where adding a rail sub-reservation made the trip un-editable.
- Improved Trip Search by expanding the results section to the bottom of the window.
- Fixed an issue in Trip Statement, where the logo caused PDFs to fail to generate and emails not to send.
- Addressed several Confirmation Document errors occurring during import.
- Fixed an issue in Trips Payment Authorizations, where they were submitted without expiration dates and CVV.
- GDS:
- Fixed a bug in Tres GDS Interface - Galileo where even exchanges should have imported without taxes.
- Resolved a bug in Tres GDS Import - Sabre, where EMD entries linked to air tickets incorrectly changed the travel category to Misc.
- Resolved an error in Tres GDS Import: Travelport + Galileo [1G], which failed due to an invalid row record type.
- Direct Connect:
- Resolved an error in Tres Direct Connect [Europe Express] where an unsupported time format caused failures.
- Fixed an issue in Tres DirectConnect: ODYSSEUS where reservation cruise segments were not imported.
- Resolved an error in Direct Connect - Pleasant Holidays caused by an unsupported time format.
