New Feature - Acknowledgment Verbiage and Preferences on the New Client/Traveler Form
- Added a new section for Acknowledgment Verbiage to the Agency Settings > Features area, allowing agencies to define custom language that users must acknowledge before submitting the New Client/Traveler form.
- This section will display when New Client/Traveler form is enabled.
- When left blank, a default acknowledgment statement will be displayed on the form.
- Rich text is enabled except images and text size. These will be updated in a future release.
- Text appears at the bottom of the New Client/Travelers form, and clients must check the box next to this text to successfully submit their data.
- Added a new section for Traveler Tags to the Agency Settings > Features area, allowing users to select tags they wish to appear as fields on the New/Client Traveler form.
- This section will display when New Client/Traveler form is enabled.
- Only active tags with in use set to Travelers or with no in use selected will appear in the dropdown list to be selected.
- Tags with no in use selected are not appearing on the New Client/Traveler form. This will be fixed in a future release.
- Selected tags will appear as fields in a new section called "Preferences" on the New Client/Traveler form.
- Mandatory, recommended, default value, value required, and allow freeflow function as they do throughout the program.
- Fields left blank will appear as the tag name in a created profile.
- Tags set to value required will display an error message if a client attempts to submit a form with no data entered in the field.
Enhancements to Other Areas
- Updated the header texts on the New Client/Traveler form from "Traveler (Enter Key Contact First)" to "Traveler Info (Enter Key Contact First)" and "Client Profile Info" to "Client Info".
- Added a new section for Remarks to the New Client/Traveler form.
- Views are now sorted alphabetically in the Manage Views dropdown in Advisors, Trips, Travelers, Clients, Payments, Activities, and Suppliers.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing an error when logging in with an expired password.
- Resolved a problem where HTML-type confirmation documents failed to import with the error "Unable to Extract."
- Fixed a bug in the Canadian version where duplicating a trip resulted in an error.
- Resolved an issue in the Canadian version where trip statements would not load on some trips.
- Fixed a problem with email signatures where resized images reverted to their original size in sent emails.
- Addressed an issue in Client Summary where multiple reservations were combining into a single line.
- Fixed an issue in Reservation Detail where the tax field was not disabled when both client and supplier balances were zero.
- Resolved an issue in Trip Statement where reservations with “view on trip statement” unchecked still displayed some data on the PDF.
- Fixed a problem in Supplier Statement where multiple reservations were combining on the same line.
