Welcome to the Tres knowledge base. Our knowledge base is organized by product category so you can easily browse for what you are looking for. The "All Trams and ClientBase" category refers to articles that apply to more than one product. Click a category button to see a list of all the articles loaded in that category. On the main page you also see the list of recent activity. We are constantly adding new articles and this is a great place to see what is new and to see what recent articles you have viewed.
The top of the main page displays a search bar. This is the easiest way to find articles on a specific topic. A smaller search bar is also at the top right side of the screen when you are in any of the articles. The search reviews article titles, keywords and the body of the articles to help you find answers. Search the knowledge base by entering a question, using keywords, or phrases. When you use keywords, the knowledge base looks for each word, so if you type in Vendor and Balances will find any
article with either of those words. If you enclose your search in quotation marks, (“Vendor Balances”), it limits your results to only articles that have that exact phrase.
You will notice a "follow" button at the category and article levels. This enables you to see when changes are made to an article. Using this feature at the category level informs you when new articles are added to the category. In order to use the follow feature you you will need to create a login to our system. Simply click follow and a login screen pops up. Use either the "Sign up" or " Get a password" option. once signed into the account you will see a link to submit a request as another option to access support.
Finally at the bottom right side of the main screen you see the Support button. This opens up a chat window. Use this to ask a question, you may receive article related to your question. You also have the option to "Get in Touch" with a support rep in order to initial a chat session.
