GenFix
- You need to run the gen fix tool. Look on your desktop for the icon.
- If you don't have the icon, download the utility here:
https://static.trams.com/TramsLibrary/Releaseandupdatefiles/Updates/misc_exe/GenFix.exe
- Double click and in path you will copy/paste the path from the login screen.
- Enter the SYSDBA login and password.
- Select 'Run Scan'.
- When the results appear, select 'Adjust Generators During Scan'.
- Click 'Run Scan' again until they disappear .
- Log back into Trams and try processing again.
