Sept 17 – this Friday – the final steps of migrating off Sabre servers will be initiated.
- If you have ClientBase Windows (CBW) and sync to ClientBase Online (CBO):
If you have ClientBase Windows (CBW) and sync to ClientBase Online (CBO) you should have set up your sync to Tres by now. If not, then please run this routine right away.
If you use ClientBase Marketing Services, or your consortia uses your CBO as the connection to your data; then you will continue to have access to marketing including TouchBase and/or Custom promotions. Starting the week of transition please use this login page https://clientbaseonline.trams.com/login/ to login to CBO. If this is your first connection to CBO on the Tres side, you will need to generate a brand-new password via the Forgot My Login Name/Password link from the login page. - ClientBase Online standalone users:
Standalone CBO agencies are being moved in batches and are being notified of the date and time of their database move individually. These agencies will experience an outage of a few hours during that transition.
Once migrated please use this login page https://clientbaseonline.trams.com/login/ to login to CBO. If this is your first connection to CBO on the Tres side, you will need to generate a brand-new password via Forgot My Login Name/Password link from the login page. If you use Sabre Red 360 to access CBO you will retain access through Sabre Red 360 after the migration, Sept 27th. If you use ClientBase Marketing Services, or your consortia uses your CBO as the connection to your data; then you will continue to have access to marketing including TouchBase and/or Custom promotions. - Agencies that sync to us for CBMS or consortia marketing services:
Agencies that sync to us for marketing services for CBMS or agencies whose consortium use our Trams central data system for their marketing services will have their sync process stopped at 5pm Pacific on September 16th while we physically move the databases from Sabre to Tres. With over 1200 databases to move and strict protective protocols, this will take time and will cause up to a week’s outage for marketing services. Unfortunately, this means CBMS and consortia marketing will be on hold Sept 17 – Sept 24. Please note, you will continue to have access to your local copy and all changes you make will be stored and ready to sync again when the database is connected on the Tres side. Consortia have been notified and are working with us through this period.
