Thank you for your patience as we continue through our migration process off Sabre servers and onto Tres Servers. We are under a strict migration plan with Sabre and continue to work to minimize the impact to you. Things are moving along and we are still on target for the cut over this Friday, when Sabre turns off their server at 5pm.
If you are a ClientBase Windows(CBW) agency that syncs to ClientBase Online (CBO) and you have not run the routine to move to Tres please do so now.

Agencies invoicing out of CBO:
Agencies that have a ClientBase Windows sync to ClientBase Online need to set up Invoice numbers for each of the branches used for invoicing.

Sending emails out of CBO is not working after the migration. What do I do?
Re-enter your email password by going to Tools|My Login. Click the email settings tab and re-enter the password in the password field.
