This weekend we were able to successfully migrate ClientBase Online (CBO) to the Tres servers.
All CBO standalone agencies have been moved and set up on the Tres servers. Thank you again to the over 84% of the ClientBase Windows(CBW) sync to CBO users that completed the sync to Tres process. If you did not already reset your password last week, you will need to generate a brand-new password via the Forgot My Login Name/Password link from the login page. Please review this troubleshooting document if you have any trouble with the reset process.
If you are receiving a message that your Login Name - PCC combination could not be found or that your database has been disabled, this means you are a CBW agency that syncs to CBO and you have not yet completed the sync to Tres. Please run this easy routine to move to Tres now.
As a reminder we have this check list of items we sent last week that have come across support to help answer some of your questions.
Agencies that only use CBW and have sync copies for ClientBase Marketing Services, consortia marketing, and itinerary apps, the databases were successfully moved and marketing is ready to restart.
