- In the GDS selection drop down menu, select Galileo
- Click on Add
- Description of Rule: "CTCE" (or any description that you'd like to use)
- Field Group: "Traveler Miscellaneous"
- Always Move This Rule: If checked, the traveler's phone number(s) will be selected by default; if unchecked, you'll have to select when you want to merge
- Display on Selection Screen: Leave this box checked
- PNR Custom Rule: SI.P«NAME FIELD POS»/SSRCTCMYYHK1/«Traveler Contact Primary Phone»
Rule for the Traveler Communications Contact Email:
- Click on Tools > Settings > Merge to PNR Rules
