Make edits to existing reconciliations with the reapply functionality in Advisor Pay Reconciliation.
Go to Reconciliations > Advisor Pay Reconciliation and run a search.
In the Actions column, click the Reapply button next to the reconciliation you need to edit.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click Yes, Reapply to continue, or No, Cancel to return to the search screen.
By clicking Yes, the original reconciliation will be voided and a reconciliation screen will appear with the previous reservation and adjustment data pre-populated.
The Date of Reconciliation will default to the current date and the Description field will be the same as the voided reconciliation.
Selecting records in the list and then clicking Search will display a warning message that selected records will be unchecked by running a new search.
Make any edits and click Save.
