Question: I am a ClientBase Online user, is it okay is I save my password in my browser?
Answer: In a discussion with Jeremiah Sellers; "I would definitely recommend users not saving their passwords. Agents very often do this with their browser and miss the prompts to update it when a new one is used and get stuck having to reset it additional times.

Question: What is the difference between the support desk and the SYNC desk? Can’t I just start a chat with support and sync could help with my issue?
Answer: At the Support Desk you will be referred to the SYNC Desk depending on the nature of the issue. It best to join the SYNC chat for “SYNC” related issue as your chances of waiting for a response reduces greatly.
