Enhancements to Searches
- Added Views management in Clients, Travelers, Suppliers, and Trips – users now see a Manage View button on these two search screens. When clicking the button, users will find the following functionality:
- Column Customization – the ability to add , remove, and reorder the columns displayed by the search
- Save as a New View – allows users to save a view of column setting for future use. In this tab you have the ability to name the view, set the view as Public or Private, and make it the default view
- Update Current View – allows you to save changes to the view you are currently using
- Saved Views – displays a list of previously saved views to select from and use the view needed. Select the desired view, apply filters and click search (saving the filters as part of the view is a future enhancement)
- Suppliers - Search - Export to CSV – Logic is changed to download the complete list of Suppliers
Enhancements to Dashboards
- Added a second Dashboard for graphical analysis of Agency Sales and Commissions. This is available from the Dashboard dropdown by selecting Dashboard 2. It features:
- Commission for the last 6 months by booking date, by travel date and by paid date
- Month To Date This Year Vs Month To Date Last Year by booking date, by travel date and by paid date
- Sales Analysis - By Travel Category & Booking Date For Last 6 Months by gross sales and commission
- Projected Commission To Be Received for the next 6 months
Enhancements to Clients/Suppliers
- Ability to add a traveler from within a client profile
- All sub folders are now available right from the start of creating a new Client
- In Clients, the name field now says “Last Name/First Name” for Personal and “Company Name” for Corporate
- The additional filters capability is added when linking travelers to clients and reservations
- Two fields have been added to the Client: "Formal Salutation" and "Informal Salutation"
- Will prompt the user when trying to create an activity before saving
- Phone number field is added for Supplier/provider imported data details in reservations
Enhancements to Travelers
- Card Code field is added at the traveler level in the “Cards” section to help differentiate and identify Loyalty cards.
- Checkboxes are replaced with Edit and Delete buttons in the Travelers - Cards section
- All sub folders are now available right from the start of creating a new Traveler
- In Travelers|Cards section – Separate fields are added for month and year, full date is no longer required
- Travelers|Passport section – “Issue City” field is now free-flow
- Will prompt the user when trying to create an activity before saving
Enhancements to Trips/Reservations
- The Cancel button is now there when linking travelers to reservations
- The Depart/Arrive date and time will now populate from Air segments, it can’t be entered from the “Air Specific Info” section
- All sub folders are now available right from the start of creating a new Trip
- Trip Total and Client Balance have been added to the trip header for quick reference
- Will prompt the user when trying to create an activity before saving
- Delete capability in sub-reservation
Additional Enhancements across other areas:
- Icons are updated in all navigations including inner navigations
- In Settings, Tres now has a section for “Tags” to assist with Tag management. Users can Add, Update and Delete tags here. This screen allows you to search for existing tags and shows if that tag is being used in multiple areas in the program. It allows for cleaning up duplicates or Tags you choose to delete. Deleting is only allowed when the “Used in Other Area” is “No”.
- Login – Show password icon has been added for the “Password” field
- Duration and Set Alarm dropdowns in Activities now have the complete list as we had in Trams and ClientBase
Fixes to Clients/Suppliers
- Clients - Detail - fixed an issues related to Linking/Unlinking Travelers
- Clients - Detail - Travelers link was not working from header
- Clients - Detail - Date of anniversary can't be removed once entered
- Clients - Main Search - Additional Columns data alignment is now fixed
- Clients - Main Search - Mailing Address was displaying Physical Address information in both physical address and Mailing address on Main Search Columns
- Clients - Search - "Primary Email Permit Marketing" and "Primary Phone Permit Marketing" columns not showing correct value
- Clients - Primary check box working properly now when creating new Clients
- Suppliers - Detail - People - Fixed issue related to Linking/unlinking People

- Travelers - Detail - Profile Association - Implemented a Scroll option
Fixes to Payments
- Payments - Main Search - Payment Tag selection throws an undefined error
- Payments - Main Search - Fixed error message on Additional Filter selection
Fixes to Trips/Reservations
- Reservation - Received an error message a character limit for Category Description entry was exceed under Cruise Specific Info
- Trips - Reservation - Detail - Traveler - Fixed issue related to Linking/unlinking Travelers
- Sub reservations: Can now free flow the End Date instead of having to use the calendar
- Trips - Reports - Travel Category filter is now working properly
- Trip statement, the Total Paid and Balance Due are now showing amounts
