This release includes significant changes in the code that have been hidden in preparation for General Ledger functionality that you will see in upcoming releases. Here are the additional viewable enhancements:
Enhancements to Agency Settings: (learn about agency settings)
Agency Settings – A new “Features” section has been added allowing Admins to Enable/Disable features in the program, the current list of features include:
- Bank Management (temporarily hidden in the program)
- General Ledger (temporarily hidden in the program)
- Credit Card Merchant Processing
When the “Credit Card Merchant Processing” feature is enabled, the “Setup Credit Card Merchant Setup” is displayed immediately below for setup. To learn more about our credit card merchant, Payroc, please email sales@trestechnologies.com.
Enhancements to Trip Statements: (learn about trip statement)
- The “Add Email” button is added to the email popup to include the client’s and linked travelers' emails
- The Reservations and Sub-Reservations lists are sorted by earliest to latest date and time
Enhancements to other areas:
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation – Added 2 more columns as “Default Commission Rate” and “Default Commission Amount”
- Void payment functionality implemented in payments to/from other profiles
- In the traveler detail screen, the section name is changed to “Debit/Credit & Loyalty Cards” from “Cards”
- Dashboard name is changed to “My Sales & Commissions” from “Advisor Sales & Commissions”
Bug Fixes:
- The trip start/end date column not sorting according to the year in the search screen is fixed now
- Payment - Main Search - Bank Account filter is now working
- Trip Statement - Email functionality issues are fixed
Known Issues:
- There is a possibility of users experiencing issues with the search filters. Please "Reset Filters" and try again if this happens.
