Enhancements to Searches
- In Trip Search we have added the following report formats under the Reports option in the Trip Results field: (learn more about trip and reservation activity reports)
- Trip Activity by Advisor
- Reservation Activity by Client
- Reservation Activity by Travel Category
- Added Date Expressions to date range field filters. This allows users to filter by a dynamic date range that calculates a date range based on the current date. An example would be to search all trips with a start date within the next 7 days. When using a date expression, the dates of the search for that view will always calculate and display the data for the next 7 days. This functionality is currently available in the following search areas:
- Trips
- Payments
- Activities
- Supplier Statement
- Supplier Summary
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation Routine
Enhancements to Other Areas:
- The following options are added to the Trigger Index dropdown in Settings – Action Plan Templates and to Trips – Actions, to provide even more flexibility to Actions:
- Trip Create Date
- Earliest Booking Date
- Earliest Deposit Date
- Earliest Final Payment Date
- Added the ability to email customers directly from Tres, instead of users default email program, when clicking the email address hyperlink in the following areas:
- Clients detail screen – Header
- Trip detail screen – Header
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Activities - Search - where Tasks with Date & Time stamp were not showing up in the search results
- Changed My Workflow dashboard - Keep the selection used as a default for the users next visit to this screen
- When entering a new Advisor under Advisors - Detail - General the Default Commission Rates field is empty and not 0.00
Known Issues:
- The “Bank Management” area is still hidden from the program due to some pending development work
- There is a possibility to have a few issues with the search filters
