Images are a vital part of the Client Itinerary, making it visually stunning to Travelers. However, it is time consuming to upload images to each trip. We've made it easy by auto populating images from the Destinations selected at the Trip level as well as Provider and Supplier profile images. Further customize your itineraries by uploading images at the Trip and Reservation level as well. Personalizing an itinerary to a client's Trip will make it stand out even more.
We highly recommend using image URLs (i.e. links) over uploading files when possible. Itineraries load much faster with image links.
Destination Images
Add multiple Destinations in the General tab of a Trip. Destinations can only be selected once. Inside a destination there is a section for Images where images and links are uploaded and saved. Learn more about Destinations.
Images from each Destination selected will auto populate to the Client Itinerary.

Trip Images
Upload images or links that are specific to a trip in the Images folder. These images will appear before the images from the destination. Learn more about Trip Images.
Reservation Images
Upload images or links that are specific to a reservation or use images from the associated Supplier or Provider in the Reservation Images folder. These images will display as thumbnails inside individual reservations. Reservations that include images will be marked with an image icon. These images will display in the following order: Reservation Images, Provider Images, and Supplier Images. Learn more about Reservation Images.

Sub Reservation Images
Upload images or links that are specific to a sub reservation or use images from the associated Provider in the Sub Reservation. These images will display as thumbnails inside individual events. A Note About Image Credit - Uploaded images or links include an optional field for Credit. Data from this field is displayed on all images in the Client Itinerary except for thumbnails.
