Message: Unable to load invoice PDF
If you cannot invoice, please check to see if you can preview or reprint. If you can preview or reprint an invoice, the issue is a duplicate invoice number in Branch settings.
If you also cannot preview or reprint an invoice, please check the setting below.
- Click on the three dots at top right to go to Chrome settings.
- Select Privacy and security and then Site Settings.
- Scroll down to Additional content settings. Click on it and it will expand. Select PDF documents.
- Choose 'Open PDFs in Chrome.
