Scheduling an email allows users to send emails at a date and time in the future. This is very useful if you are wanting to touch base with a client a certain amount of time after they arrive at their destination, or want your emails to be sent after your client is home from work.
Scheduled emails are currently available when emailing from the Client, Traveler, or Trip screens.
**Note: Scheduled email is only available if using Office365 for email.
Click on the primary email listed in the header of the profile to generate a popup.
Manually enter an email subject and body, or select an Email Template from the dropdown menu.
Enter a date and time in the Schedule Email section.
Click Send.
A copy of the email will be saved in the Drafts folder of your email program. It will be automatically sent based on the date/time you entered and your current time zone.
