Appointments are used to record and schedule meetings, such as calls with clients, or trainings with suppliers.
Select Appointment as the Type from the drop-down menu, enter Date and Time, Duration, Assigned To, Link To (Client, Traveler, Trip or Supplier), and Priority. Enter a Subject and Note Description (free-flow). Future releases will allow you to set an alert.
Add a Tag to identify something and use that identification to search in the future. Learn more about Tags.
Click Save Activity at the top right corner of the screen.
Note: There is no box to check off the completion of appointments, as they automatically fall off your dashboard events after they pass.
