Views and Reports Library

In this article are both Views and Reports that can be imported directly into your Tres domain.

The import file format is .json, the underlying programming language of Tres.

Descriptions of each file can be found in the table below and corresponding files can be found at the bottom of the article.  Each  table or report can be downloaded individually or as a group (all Client views, all Traveler views, all Trip views and reports).

Notes:

• Table Views vs. Report Views
  • Table Views, sometimes called Screen Views, include customizable columns as well as the ability to export results in a .csv file.  They do not have totals or sub-totals.
  • Report Views include static columns with totals and sometimes sub-totals.

Client Table Views:

Traveler Passports Expiring 3 Months from Today	Travelers	Table	List of Travelers with Passport Numbers and Expiration Dates that are expiring within 3 months.
Travelers without Profile Association	Travelers	Table	Traveler Profiles with a column for Profile Association and sorted with blank Profile Associations at the top.

Missing Insurance	Trips	Table	Trips created in the last 7 days that do not have an Insurance Reservation.
Missing Service Fee	Trips	Table	Trips created in the last 30 days that do not have a Service Fee Reservation.
Missing Destination	Trips	Table	Trips without a Destination selected
Missing Traveler(s)	Trips	Table	Reservations that do not have a Traveler associated
Missing Client Profile in a Trip	Trips	Table	Trips without a Client profile
Client Vouchers	Trips	Report	Outstanding Client Vouchers sorted by Client name.
Supplier Vouchers	Trips	Report	Outstanding Supplier Vouchers sorted by Supplier name.
Sales by Client Last 12 Months	Trips	Report	Client Sales in the last 12 months, sorted highest spend to lowest spend, based on Reservation Create Date.
Sales by Supplier Last 12 Months	Trips	Report	Supplier Sales in the last 12 months, sorted highest spend to lowest spend, based on Reservation Create Date.
Sales by Travel Category Last 12 Months	Trips	Report	Sales in the last 12 months, sorted by Travel Category, based on Reservation Create Date.
Clients without Bookings Last 2 Years	Trips	Report	List of Clients that have not had bookings in the past 2 years, subtotaled by Client.
Future Departures	Trips	Table	Trips starting today and into the future, sorted in departing date order.
Future Departures by Client Name	Trips	Report	Trips starting today and into the future, sorted by Client Name.
Settled Reservations: Commissions Not Paid to Advisors	Trips	Report	Reservations that were settled between a specific time (Client and Supplier Balance = 0.00) but commission has not been paid to the Advisor
Starting Table View	Trips	View	A view for beginners!  Filters include Trip Name, Client Name and Trip Start Date.   After uploading, go to Manage Views > Tables and click on the view.  Go to Manage Views > Update Current View and select 'mark as default view'.
