Tres has partnered with Widgety to quickly import cruise itinerary details directly into the program. Enable this feature in Settings > Agency Settings > Additional Features.
To import a cruise itinerary, create or open an existing cruise Reservation.
Click the Import Cruise Itinerary button in the Cruise Specific Info section.
Enter data in the cruise depart date, cruise line, and ship name fields. All fields must be used for a successful search. Click here to see a full list of available cruiselines.
Click Find Cruise.
A list of available cruises based on your search criteria will appear.
Selecting a cruise from the list will display the port data under Cruise Itinerary Preview.
Click + Add to Reservation to add the port details to your Reservation.
Once a cruise itinerary has been added to the Reservation, any images associated with the cruise will auto populate in the Images tab of the Reservation.
Images are imported as links in the Reservation Images section and can be reordered through drag and drop or edited and deleted with the appropriate button.
