If your Residual Value MCO did not interface from the GDS, you can manually add it to Tres.
- Open the trip containing the exchanged ticket.
- Go to the Reservations tab.
- Click Add Reservation.
- Select Air as the travel category.
- In the Supplier field, enter the airline name. Select the appropriate ARC Number and enter the MCO number as the Ticket No.
- Enter 0.00 for both Total Fare and Commission.
- Move down to 'Air Specific Info' and ensure the Ticket Type is Normal. Select if it is not.
- Click Save reservation to trip
- Click Save to Save the Trip.
