A diverse group of airlines and alliances use the PRISM solution to manage their high-volume, high-value contracted customer relationships.
The reports provide powerful insights to high volume, contracted customer (corporate agencies) buying behaviors and the tools to monitor, analyze and formulate contracts with those customers.
For agencies that used the Prism Hand off file in Trams Back Office to submit files to PRISM, the format is the same.
In Tres, find the PRISM Extract under Reports|Management|PRISM Export
Enter the Reservation Booking Date range requested by the Airline/Contract and the Client, if only needed for a specific Client.
Click export to generate the files. A zip file called PrismExport.zip is created and downloaded to the Downloads directory on your computer. The zip file includes 4 files to be loaded to the PRISM web site:
· ticket.inp
· Segment.inp
· invoice.inp
· userdef.inp
PRISM requires user‑defined data to be identified by a numeric value. Because tag names can include letters, each tag that you want included in the PRISM export must be assigned a unique number in the tag's description.
To configure this:
- Go to Settings > Tags
- Search for the tag(s) you want to include in the PRISM export
- Edit each tag and enter a unique number (any value from 1–999) in the Description field.
Once the tags are properly configured with a number in their description field, userdef.inp will be included automatically when applicable.
