Keep your clients up to date on all trip details with a trip statement. This document is created automatically from all trip, reservation, and payment details of a trip. The data is dynamic, and will always reflect the most recent saved changes to a trip.
Trip statements are branded to your agency or branch, and include a logo and agency or branch contact information at the top left. It also displays the contact information of the advisor associated with the trip on the top right.
Each reservation is its own line item on the statement, and displays the travel category, dates, supplier, confirmation number, and total fare by default. Clicking on the category name expands the full reservation or sub reservation details.
If any reservation suppliers have trip statement remarks entered, they will be displayed. Learn how to add supplier trip statement remarks.
Deposit and final payment dates for all reservations are listed, as well as a list of payments that have already been applied.
Trip statement remarks are listed at the bottom of all statements. These are set by your agency and can be edited in Settings.
Send a trip statement to your client via generating a pdf, email, a printed hard copy, or a web view url.
Export the trip statement to pdf.
Generate a pop up to email the trip statement directly to travelers associated with the trip.
Print a physical copy of the trip statement.
