Export a mailing list of your clients in Tres quickly and efficiently. Below are three practical examples of how to save and export an address list that can be used for mailing labels.

Export Address List for All Clients
- Open the Clients folder.
- Click on Manage Views and select Column Customization.
- Edit and reorder the columns to include Client Name, Physical Address Street Address 1, Physical Address City, Physical Address State, Physical Address Zip, and Physical Address Country. If your agency uses the mailing address option, include the fields for mailing address.
- Click Apply.
- Since we are wanting to pull all client records, we do not need to add any filters**. Simply click the search button and all results will be displayed.
- **You may want to narrow down your criteria by using Client Status: Active to search for only Active profiles.
- Click the Export button to export the results to a .csv file. Use this file to format your address labels.
- To save the view for future use, click Manage Views and select Save as a New View.
- Enter a view name, toggle if you wish it to be public or private, and click Save New View. It will now be available in the Manage Views dropdown menu.
Export Address List for Clients with Marketing Permissions
- Open the Clients folder.
- Click on Manage Views and select Column Customization.
- Edit and reorder the columns to include Primary Traveler Name, Physical Address Street Address 1, Physical Address City, Physical Address State, Physical Address Zip, and Physical Address Country. If your agency uses the mailing address option, include the fields for mailing address.
- Click Apply.
- Since we only want to pull our client who have the permit marketing checkbox checked off, we will need to add a filter.
- Click Add Filter and select Address Permit Marketing and Yes from the dropdown menus.
- Click Search to generate your results.
- Click the Export button to export the results to a .csv file. Use this file to format your address labels.
- To save the view for future use, click Manage Views and select Save as a New View. Enter a view name, toggle if you wish it to be public or private, and click Save New View. It will now be available in the Manage Views dropdown menu.
Export Address List for Clients Who Traveled in the Current Year
- Open the Clients folder.
- Click on Manage Views and select Column Customization.
- Edit and reorder the columns to include Primary Traveler Name, Physical Address Street Address 1, Physical Address City, Physical Address State, Physical Address Zip, and Physical Address Country. If your agency uses the mailing address option, include the fields for mailing address.
- Click Apply.
- Since we only want to pull our client who have traveled during the current year, we will need to add a filter.
- Click Add Filter and change the filter area to Trip. Select Trip Start Date Range as the filter and Expression in the Date/Expression field. Enter =1,1,0 in the Start Expression field and =31,12,0 in the End Expression field.
Note: Using an expression rather than a date will make this filter dynamic, meaning you can generate it each year and it will continue to pull results for the current year without having to re-enter dates. (Learn more about date expressions.)
- Click Search to generate your results.
