1	CCTE	PDF Documents sent by Email	In CCTE v22.5, documents viewed on an iOS Device display the text as dots.	Receivers of the PDF documents using an iOS Device are advised to download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the App Store.
2	CCTE	Quick Commands	These instructions are for the situation where the Smartpoint ® Upgrade has removed the CCTE Quick Commands	When the two CCTE Quick Commands have been deleted, users can still open CCTE through their CCTE Desktop Icon the CCTE Booking File process can be manually run through accessing the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCTE\Client\fpdl.exe
