What is Security?
Security allows complete modules, or individual menu items of CrossCheck Travel, to be either enabled or disabled for specified user groups. However, please note that this does not override the security applied to the database for each user group, e.g. Guest has View Only rights at Database level, therefore granting them access to Save on the File Menu, has no effect.
It is important that this Security is set up for each User Group and that these groups do not gain access to this Security set up unless authorised to do so.
A default setting is provided on installation, however it is important that this document is read and fully understood in case a Supervisor wishes to restrict some features by disabling.
