Supervisor Password
In order to add, modify, or delete branch data, the System Administration must Log In to CrossCheck Travel Enterprise using a Supervisor User Id and Password.
- At the Login screen enter the Supervisor User Id and Password
- Click on OK (or press the Enter key)
- If a user has forgotten their password and attempts to Log In five times, the Log In screen will not appear again and the user must contact the Help Desk
Should you forget the password Level 2 CCTE Business Applications Support will be able to dial in and assist to reset it back to the usual setting. Most sites choose not to change the supervisor password,.
Should you have a problem logging into the Branch setup:
- Attempt to login to CCT with the supervisor User ID
Profile
Select a Profile from the scroll attached to this field. If there is only one data-source, the drop-down arrow on this field will be greyed out and no entry will be required.
- When you fail, a key will appear on the login screen to access the locksmith screen
- Log an incident with the Travelport Help Desk, 1300 555 000 so that Level 2 Business Applications Support can dial in and reset the Agency password.
- Once your password is reset, if necessary you may change password, if required.
Changing Password
The user must log in with their existing password and then click on the Tools heading on the menu bar and select Change my password, and complete the dialogue box.
Within Branch go to Tools/Change my Password.
- Complete Old Password
- Complete New Password
- Repeat New Password
The rights to change the password for a user group can be adjusted in the Supervisor setting, under the Security tab MyCCT module, with the Options Menu Item selected.
Click OK and new password will be saved. This password must be used when logging into Branch in the future.
