Enhancements to Tags:
- In Settings, Tags - Tags can now be limited to views in certain areas and then can be searched only in those areas they are selected for the tag. If a tag has not been limited to any area, it will be available to search by in all areas of the program.
- Users now have the ability to add a tag with multiple values in Clients. The value dropdown menu will display checkboxes next to each value that can be selected.
- Example: you have a tag called Allergies that you use for Clients. It has multiple values of peanut, gluten, nuts, dairy. If you have a client with a gluten and dairy allergy, you can now create a single Allergies tag with both the gluten and dairy values listed. The tag would be formatted as Allergies: gluten, dairy.
- To enable multiple tag values, the Allow Freeflow checkbox must be unchecked in the tag details under Settings.
Enhancements to Reservations:
- Changed the name of Date Paid to Date Reconciled in the Advisors tab.
- Changes made to all travel categories:
- Removed Face Value, High Fare (Except for Air), and Low Fare (Except for Air)
- The Ticket No field will only appear when there is a value selected from the ARC Number field.
- Moved Promo ID to after Record Locator.
- For the Service Fee category:
- Removed: Deposit, Final Pay Date, Promo ID, Booking Source, and Provider.
- For the "Insurance” category:
- Removed: Deposit and Final Pay Date.
- For the “Air” category:
- Added new fields for Seat Assignment, Provider Record Locator, and Tour Code.
- If the ARC Number is blank then the following fields are hidden: Ticket Designator, Ticket Type, Original Ticket Number, and Ending Ticket Number.
- If Ticket Type is Exchange Add Collect or Exchange Refund, then the "Original Ticket Number" field is displayed.
- For the “Cruise” category:
- Added new fields for Group Booking Number, Dining Selection, and Bedding.
- Changed Depart Date to Embark Date.
- Changed Depart Time to Embark Time.
- Changed Return Date to Disembark Date.
- Changed Return Time to Disembark Time.
- For the “Hotel” category, the default for Number of Rooms is set to 1.
- For the “Car” category:
- Added new fields for Pickup Location, Address, Phone Number and Dropoff Location, Address, Phone Number.
- The default value for Number of Cars is set to 1.
- For the “Rail” category:
- Removed: Depart Date, Depart Time, Depart Station, Depart City Name, Arrive Date, Arrive Time, Arrive Station, Arrive City Name, Train Number, and Class of Service.
- Changed Code to Rate.
- The "Add Segment" functionality has been added, and functions the same as the segments in Air and Cruise categories.
- The following fields are available in a rail segment: Depart Date and Time, Depart Station Code, Depart Station Name, Arrive Date and Time, Arrive Station Code, Arrive Station Name, Train Number, and Class of Service
- For the “Transfer” category:
- Changed Start Date to Pickup Date.
- Changed Start Time to Pickup Time.
- Changed End Date to Dropoff Date.
- Changed End Time to Dropoff Time.
Enhancements to Search:
- New filters for Advisor and Card Expiration Date are available in the Travelers search area.
- A new column for Advisor is available in the Travelers search area.
- New filters for Reservation Client Balance, Reservation Supplier Balance, Reservation Total Fare , Reservation Commission Amount, and Track Client Payment are available in the Trips search area.
- New columns for Reservation Client Balance and Reservation Supplier Balance are available in the Trips search area.
- The searched records total is displayed at the bottom of the screen in the Trips, Clients, and Travelers search areas.
- Operators for Equal and Not Equal are available for numeric value fields.
Enhancements to Other Areas:
- Added the ability to resize column widths in Clients and Travelers.
- The "Top 10 Advisors By Booking Date For Last 6 Months" section of the Agency Sales & Commissions dashboard has a column name update from Supplier Name to Advisor Name.
- The help icon in the system header now displays an option to view the Direct Connect Provider List.
- The list of providers in the Direct Connect dropdown menu will now only display providers that are currently functional with Tres Direct Connect.
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation now takes into account the rules by travel category set under Agency Settings.
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation filter Create Date Range has been changed to Reconciliation Date Range.
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation column Date has been changed to Reconciliation Date.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue in Clients where an error occurred when trying to view or copy a debit/credit card.
- Fixed an issue where incorrect values were displaying in a payment.
- Fixed a column position issue in the Trips search area.
- The exported file is now consistent with the source data in Advisor Pay Reconciliation.
- Fixed an issue where the applied column was showing an incorrect amount in payments.
- Fixed the text in the popup header of column customization.
- fixed an issue in the Travelers search area where the client's name was displaying in the advisor column.
Known Issues:
- Advisor Pay Reconciliation is not yet fully functional.
- Document Templates - Attachments & Links - An error occurs when trying to open attached documents.
- Marketing permissions rows in profile import cannot currently be mapped to the source file.
- Changes to Client communications, linked travelers, and tags are not displaying in the history section.
- Card Expiration Date filter is not fetching the correct records.
