Agency owners have the ability to set recommended fields in Tres. This helps to ensure that the right data is collected when entering profiles and Trips.
Recommended Fields are found in Settings.
Currently, recommended fields can be set for Travelers, Clients, Trips, and Reservations.
To add a new field, click + Add New Field in the correct section and select an option from the dropdown menu. Remove a field by clicking the X next to the field.
Once all recommended fields have been set, click Save All.
Fields set as recommended will display a green checkbox next to the field name.
A warning message will display when a user tries to save on a screen that includes recommended fields that have been left blank.
