Tres PNR Integrations Sabre Red App - Installation and Setup

Installation

The Tres GDS Integrations App is a paid add-on and must be purchased from the Sabre Marketplace. Your Sabre administrator can find the App by clicking here or by searching for “Tres PNR Integrations” in the App Marketplace.

The Tres PNR Integration App has a base fee of $20.00 per month up to 10 users, with an additional charge of $2.00 per month for each user exceeding 10 users.  Your Sabre login must have "Ordering Agent" permission to order the app.

To find the app in the marketplace:

  1. Click on the arrow next to “Central” and choose “Marketplace”.
  2. Enter “Tres” in the search box.
  3. Follow the directions to order the Tres PNR Integrations app.

Once you place the order, the app will be provisioned for your account and the agent EPRs you selected when ordering. Once activated, you can confirm that the app is installed by clicking on Contact Us > Application Vendor Support menu in Sabre Red 360. 

First Time Setup

Application settings are saved with your Sabre login (EPR). Each user can set up Tres using their own preferences.

To access the app and save your login information:

  1. Enter #TRES
  2. In the Tres Account Setup window, enter the Tres domain and User login name that you to log into Tres. Click OK to save.
  3. The Tres Sign in window will appear. When prompted, enter the Tres password you use to log into Tres. Click OK.

After clicking OK, the app will save the information you entered. 

To update saved login information:  To update the saved login information, enter #TRES¥SETUP at the Sabre command prompt.

Enter #TRES¥$SETTINGS to view the Tres PNR Integrations Settings window.

  • New format FOP:
    • Unselected: The app will copy credit card information using the legacy format: 5-*
    • Selected: The app will copy credit card information using the new Sabre wallet format: FOP*
  • Wider UI windows: If you are not able to view the app properly, select this option to use a wider user interface window. This may be necessary if you’re using a lower resolution monitor, such as on a laptop.
  • Copy Interface ID as: Select your agency’s preferred format for copying client interface IDs. You can select from:
    • 0. DK Number: The app will copy the interface ID using the format DK(client interface ID)
    • 1. Remark 5.S*AN: The app will copy the interface ID using the format 5.S*(client interface ID)
    • 2. Both the above: Sabre will copy the interface ID using both formats
  • Add Load Profile option: If you use a Sabre Agency or other profile to move information to the PNR, enter the profile name here. To move your agency profile, enter the name as AGY(pseudo city code), for example AGYDX7K.
