Once logged into ClientBase Windows, you may see the login to ClientBase Marketing Services. This is because your default 'Manager' is set to the Home manager. You do not need to enter any credentials as you are already logged into ClientBase. Simple select the Profile Manager tab on the left.
You can bypass this screen by changing the default login Manager. Go to Utilities > My Login.
- Select the 'Manager Defaults' tab.
- Select the 'Login Default Manager' drop-down and change it from Home to Profiles.
