If you receive an "Access Denied, User Permission Setting" error when performing the interface process, follow the directions below to enable two specific permission settings in the user login.
- Click on Utilities > Setup > User Profile
- Enter your SYSDBA password when prompted
- Highlight your user login from the list at the bottom
- Click on the Permissions tab at the top of the window
- Make sure the two permissions are selected/checked
- View full Credit Card/Bank Account Numbers
- Run Reports/Exports with full Credit Card/Bank Account Numbers and view REC LOC content
- Click on the Update button on the right-hand side of the screen
- Click OK
- Log out then re-log into TBO
