Integrating your Global Distribution System (GDS) with Tres streamlines the transfer of invoice and ticketing data from Passenger Name Records (PNRs) directly into Tres. This improves efficiency across accounting, client management, supplier coordination, and reporting.
Once integration is activated, each ticket or invoice issued creates an interface record. This record pulls accounting and reservation details from the PNR, stores them in the GDS database, and transmits them to Tres. The accuracy of the data depends on how it is entered in the PNR.
In this module, you will learn how to:
Understand how the GDS-to-Tres interface works
Install and configure the GDS Uploader
Identify and resolve interface discrepancies
Learn entries that affect interfaced bookings
By the end of this module, you’ll be confident managing your GDS integration and troubleshooting interface issues efficiently.
