Other Profiles
Other profiles are used in the Payments section to maintain payment history for individuals and companies your agency does business with outside of travel sales. This includes companies to whom expenses are paid, such as utility providers (gas, electric, phone), landlords, and other operational vendors.
Supplier Profiles
Supplier profiles are created for every airline, cruise line, tour operator, car rental company, hotel, or other travel service you sell. This is also where supplier payment rules are established and managed.
Advisor Profiles
Advisors are the individual agents actively booking travel for your agency. Each advisor has a dedicated profile where contact details, general information, default commission rates, and branding settings are stored.
