Some have reached out to us, saying they are getting an error when trying to run a backup:
error loading \ibbackuplib.dll
We will need to transfer our ibbackuuplib.dll file to their computer or they would need to re-install, but if they don’t add an exception or exclusion to Sophos the issue will happen again.
The file is located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trams\Common Files
